Support Options

Ticketing System:

Submit a support ticket by clicking on the Contact link in the top right navigation menu.  This will allow you to submit a support ticket and our entire team will be instantly notified that you need help.


Live Chat:

We also offer live chat. If you see the chat button available at the bottom right of the page, it means you're able to connect with a member of our team.


You can also access live help from my Shopify store, as well as from the Shop app (if you use it).
