Ticketing System:
Submit a support ticket and Kate (and team) will be notified that you need help. We appreciate your patience outside of regular business hours. We'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the office.
Live Chat:
We also offer live chat. If you see the chat button available at the bottom right corner of the page, it means you're able to connect with a member of our team. You can also reach the live help by clicking the Contact link in the top navigation menu.
You can also access live help from Kate's Shopify store, as well as from the Shop app (if you use it).
